Returns Procedure
Please note we are unable to accept returned online orders in any of our stores.
If a product is defective in any way, please return it and we will either deliver a new one to you, or refund you the cost of the product. From the date goods are received, we offer a 7 day return period for unworn purchases. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise an exchange or refund (excluding the postage costs).
We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, and to always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to Carl Scarpa at your own expense. For security reasons please be aware that our warehouse is only authorised to accept deliveries from official postal services. We are absolutely unable to accept hand delivered returns directly at our warehouse address.
We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
Please note that if you require a refund, on a product bought for you as a gift, this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.
