Change your mind

 

At Carl Scarpa we care about our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every online purchase you make. If you change your mind for any reason we can alter or cancel the order up until it is dispatched. From the date goods are received, we offer a 14 day return period for unworn and unmarked purchases. Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a saleable condition and be accompanied by the receipt or a legible copy. You can return the goods to us by courier or post and provided they are in the condition they were sold we will organise an exchange or refund for you. Please note that our online returns policy differs from that of our in-store returns policy.

 

As an online customer based in the EU, you have a right to cancel your entire order with us under Online EU Regulations providing you give us written notification any time after the order has been placed, up to 14 working days from the day you received your order.

* Online purchases and those orders paid for via PayPal cannot be refunded or exchanged in our stores or concessions, you must contact the online team.

 

TO REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM BELOW:

In the "Comments" box please specify what your request is and if it is an exchange, please tell us what size or style you would like in exchange.

Please provide an accurate description of the problem and reason for the return.

Step 2:

 

Once you have received your returns authorisation number by our Online Returns department you may return the items to:

Step 3:  For all Returns you must include:

 

- Your returns authorisation number (provided by Carl Scarpa) 

 

- Your Name and the Customer Name on the order

 

- Order ID or Reference number which is on your invoice and order confirmation email, for example 100019000

 

- An accurate description of the problem

 

-Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a saleable condition and be accompanied by the receipt or a legible copy.

 

-You can return the goods provided they are in the condition they were sold. Once we receive the goods back, we will notify you and organise an exchange or refund.

 

-We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and always retain your proof of postage.

 

 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

 

Goods are returned to Carl Scarpa at your own expense and must be returned within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to return or cancel the order.

 

You will be notified by email once your return has been received. Your items will be processed within 3-5 days or receipt for exchange or a full refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.

 

The full value paid for the item will be refunded and your credit card/bank draft refunded accordingly.
