This is the second pair of these shoes I have ordered from Carl Scarpa. These ones feel a little tight at first but I know they will loosen up and be as comfy as the last pair. Excellent customer service, they didn't have my size online and when I contacted them to ask if more stock would be arriving they emailed me and confirmed stock was just in and had been added so I could order straight away.
