WHERE DOES CARL SCARPA DELIVER TO?
Carl Scarpa now delivers worldwide, rates may vary depending on your location and we will contact you in advance of shipping your order.
Delivery Time Frame
Our aim is to deliver your Carl Scarpa purchase to you as soon as possible. All deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Deliveries can be made to a home or business address (Which is preferred to ensure problem free delivery*) but please be aware that when a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt.
*Using your Business or Work address where possible usually results in a timelier and hassle free delivery!
Please note that items sold will only be delivered to the address specified on your order. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a card will be left with further instructions.
We will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible but just in case please allow 3-7 working days (excluding weekend). In the unlikely event that the product selected is not in stock this may take longer. in such a case, you will be notified by email.

Is it possible to get a partial delivery?
Carl Scarpa does not offer partial delivery. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that all the items you have ordered are in stock and we will confirm when they are dispatched.
Customs & Taxes
International orders may be subject to additional import and custom charges which will be payable in cash or cheque on delivery. You may be contacted by your local customs office prior to delivery. Carl Scarpa advises that import and customs charges and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
Click and Collect
We are always striving to make your experience across our website and stores as seamless as possible. We recognise that sometimes it is easier to order something online but have it delivered to your local store for collection.
Carl Scarpa offer a simple click and collect service, just choose this option and have your items delivered to any of our Carl Scarpa stores for collection. Please allow 1-3 working days. You will be emailed once your item is in store ready for collection. There is no charge for this service and returns are also free of charge if you live in the Republic of Ireland via our Parcel Motel service. See our Returns page for more details on Parcel motel.

At Carl Scarpa we care about our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you change your mind for any reason we can alter or cancel the order up until it is dispatched. All items including sale items can be returned. From the date goods are received, we offer a 30 day return period for unworn and unmarked purchases. Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a saleable condition and be accompanied by the receipt or a legible copy. You can return the goods to us by courier or post and provided they are in the condition they were sold we will organise an exchange or refund for you (excluding the original delivery cost).
As a customer based in the EU, you have a right to cancel your entire order with us under EU Regulations providing you give us written notification any time after the order has been placed, up to 30 working days from the day you received your order.
