At Carl Scarpa, we care about our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every online purchase you make. We are happy to offer a refund for items returned unworn and in perfect saleable condition within their original packaging. Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. We offer 1x free return to the UK and Ireland only.
If you are outside the UK or Ireland you must organise returns with your local post office or courier at your own expense. For customers outside of the EU: Please complete the necessary customs declaration forms & ensure they are marked as returned goods. Carl Scarpa will not cover customs duties and VAT on returned items. Should duties and VAT be applied to your parcel, the package will be returned to sender.

How To Return Your Item
1. How To Return Your Item Via DPD
Please email email@example.com to request a free returns link.
Once we have emailed you your returns link, please attach it to your parcel. You must return your item in the original packaging, unworn.
Please follow the link, just choose Carl Scarpa from the drop-down list. All you have to do then is complete the relevant details and bring your order to your closest drop-off point.
2. How To Return Your Item in Store
i) You can bring your online order to your local store for a refund. Simply bring your item to your local Carl Scarpa store, make sure you include the receipt and the completed returns form.
ii) Please note that refunds will not be completed in-store. The store will accept the return and let the online team know. Your refund will be done by head office and will be done within 14 working days of receipt.
Returns Terms and Conditions
i) We offer a 14-day return period from the date that you receive your item(s).
ii) We offer 1x free return via DPD in the UK and Ireland. The cost of sending a return back to Carl Scarpa outside of the UK and Ireland is at your own expense.
iii) Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a saleable condition (unworn and unmarked), and be accompanied by your invoice. If an item is deemed to have been worn upon inspection, Carl Scarpa retains the right to refuse a refund.
iv) Please ensure that your packaging is sealed and secure. Carl Scarpa cannot accept responsibility for item(s) lost in transit to our Head Office [Dublin] and will not issue a refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery and use a ‘signed for’ service.
v) Our Online Order Management Team will let you know once your return has been processed via the email address you have provided. We aim to process returns within 14 working days of receipt [for a full refund] using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
vi) If you are outside the UK or Ireland you must organise returns with your local post office or courier at your own expense.
