At Carl Scarpa we care about our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every online purchase you make. We offer a 14 day return period from the date that you receive your item(s). We offer 1x free return to the UK and Ireland only. If you are outside the UK or Ireland you must organise returns with your local post office or courier at your own expense.  

Please note: Our Online Returns Policy differs from that of our In-store Returns Policy.

How To Return Your Item

1. Free Returns Via DHL

Please email online@carlscarpa.com to request a free returns label.

Once we have emailed you your returns label, please print and attach it to your parcel. You must return your item in the original packaging. 

You will then need to call DHL to arrange a pickup on: 1890 725 725

2. How To Return Your Item in Store 

i) You can bring your online order to your local store for an exchange or refund. Simply bring your item into your local Carl Scarpa store, make sure you include the reciept and the completed returns form. 

ii) Please note that refunds will not be completed in store. The store will accept the return and let the online team know. Your refund will be done by head office and will be done within 10 working days of receipt.

iii) If you would like to exchange your item instore you can call us on +353 (0)1 864 1955 first and we can make sure that they have stock ready for you in store. 

3. How To Exchange Your Item

i) Exchange the same style for a different size

Simply email online@carlscarpa.com to request a free returns label. You will then need to call DHL to arrange a pickup at a time that is convenient to you on: 1890 725 725

Once we recive your item in our warehouse we will process an exchange and send it to you free of charge. We offer 1x free exchange per order. 

ii) Exchange for a different style

You will need to return your original order for a full refund - please follow the steps above 'How to Return Your Item'.

You will need to place a new order for the style and size you want and this will be processed as a new order.

Returns Terms and Conditions

i) We offer a 14 day return period from the date that you receive your item(s). 

ii) We offer 1x free return via DHL in the UK and Ireland. The cost of sending a return back to Carl Scarpa outside of the UK and Ireland is at your own expense.   

iii)Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a saleable condition (unworn and unmarked) and be accompanied by your invoice. If an item is deemed to have been worn upon inspection, Carl Scarpa retains the right to refuse refund or exchange.

iv)If sending via a courier, please ensure that your packaging is sealed and secure. Carl Scarpa cannot accept responsibility for item(s) lost in transit to our Head Office [Dublin] and will not issue a refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery and use a ‘signed for’ service.

v) Online purchases can be returned / exchanged to our stores but not to concessions.

Please note: A Store will not be able to process your refund. They will contact the Online Returns Team to process your refund as soon as possible.

v) Our Online Order Management Team will let you know once your return has been processed via the email address you have provided. We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receipt [for a full refund or exchange] using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
