Complete this form and fill in the appropiate details for your item(s), whether it be for a full refund or an exchange. This form must be included inside your return package.

Returns Terms and Conditions
i)Goods are returned to Carl Scarpa at your own expense and must be returned within 14 days after you inform us of your decision to return or cancel the order.
ii)Returns must have original packaging, be in perfect condition and in a saleable condition (unworn and unmarked) and be accompanied by your invoice. If an item is deemed to have been worn upon inspection, Carl Scarpa retains the right to refuse refund or exchange.
iii)Please ensure that your packaging is sealed and secure. Carl Scarpa cannot accept responsibility for item(s) lost in transit to our Head Office [Dublin] and will not issue a refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery and use a ‘signed for’ service.
iv) Online purchases can be returned / exchanged to our stores but not to concessions.
Please note: A Store will not be able to process your refund. They will contact the Online Returns Team to process your refund as soon as possible.
v) Our Online Order Management Team will let you know once your return has been processed via the email address you have provided. We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receipt [for a full refund or exchange] using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
